Position:

The Sales Representative will support the General Manager by driving new membership sales through lead generation, demos, and membership retention efforts. Pilates knowledge is preferred but not required.

Requirements:
  • Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills
  • Goal-oriented with the ability to meet sales targets in memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training
  • Ability to learn and operate the Club Ready software system
  • Capacity to stand or sit for up to 8 hours daily
  • Fluent in English with strong communication skills via in person, phone, and email
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Willingness to travel as needed
Responsibilities:
  • Lead generation, follow-up, and closing sales
  • Conduct facility tours, building relationships and assessing individual needs
  • Maintain personal sales targets
  • Promote the club's fitness and wellness objectives
  • Present services to current and prospective members
  • Schedule quality appointments to meet sales quotas
  • Participate in community events like health fairs, grand openings, and marathons
  • Develop and refine selling skills
  • Perform other duties as assigned
