Outside Sales Representative – Pump Solutions (OSR). The OSR generates profitable sales from the rental of the Pump & Power division’s fleet of equipment, primarily to civil market customers who rent pumps for short-term or long-term projects.

• Develop a career track and advance within the company.
• Leverage current skills in a challenging B2B sales role.
• Produce new business, retain existing customers, and present business reviews to management.
• Support short- and long-term rental opportunities for pump equipment.

• B2B direct sales and/or project management experience within the equipment industry.
• Strong project management, new business development, and customer retention skills.
• Presentation and business review skills.
• Understanding of pump equipment is highly desirable.

Requires bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, and lifting 25 pounds or more. Work indoors and outdoors as required.

Base pay range: $40,000.00 – $62,965.00. Total compensation includes base pay, company vehicle, and robust commission plan.
