Branch Sales Professional (BSP) – on-site, reporting to our West Valley, UT branch.

• Sell additional services and/or general pest control protection to customers through warm leads, cold-calls, and onsite visits to residences and businesses.
• Conduct inspections to identify infestations or conditions conducive to infestations of wood‑destroying organisms and/or insects or other vertebrate pests; make proposals and presentations to obtain sales contracts.
• Cover sales leads in assigned branch and/or territory and develop multiple additional service and/or pest control sales leads creatively for each respective lead furnished.
• Prepare appropriate job specifications and treating instructions in accordance with existing laws, regulations, and company policy.
• Regularly operate and maintain a company vehicle while keeping the vehicle and other equipment in clean and working order, adhering to the company Vehicle Policy.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 6+ months of related experience or training in sales and dealing with the public.
• Must be 21 years of age or older, possess a valid driver’s license, and have a driving record that meets the company’s insurance standards.
• Must be able to walk, stand, bend, kneel, crouch, and crawl to access tight spaces such as basements, attics, crawl spaces, and other tight areas.
• Earn and maintain state-required training and pest control licensing if applicable (provided).

• Weekly Pay – get paid every Friday.
• Hourly base pay of $18.00/hr plus commission, with most team members earning between $60,000–$90,000+. Actual earnings vary based on sales; the range is not guaranteed.
• Paid sick and vacation time plus 10 company-paid holidays.

• Capable of regularly lifting up to 50 pounds, with occasional heavier lifting.
• Requires clear vision for both close and distant tasks, with adjustable focus.
• Must be able to stand for long periods, perform physical tasks, and manage repetitive motions.
• Exposure to pesticides, chemicals, pests, mold, allergens, and structural hazards; safety gear required.
• Moderate noise level in the work environment.
