* Location:

Hybrid - Salt Lake City, UT
** Customer/Rep Engagement:
Provide excellent customer experience by addressing customer inquiries and concerns with courtesy, patience, and a customer-centric approach. Focus on customer requirements while providing a professional handover to inside sales reps.  1 year business sales experience (tech/software a plus)  Fluent in both Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in written and spoken forms in both languages.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.  Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset.  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
