We are hiring immediately for a Sales Representative at King Roofing, a fast-growing roofing company in Orem, Utah. We guide homeowners through the insurance process from inspection to installation, helping them manage storm damage and covering their deductible.

We don't throw you into the deep end. Every new team member goes through our in‑house Sales Boot Camp—a structured, hands‑on program that familiarizes you with every part of insurance roofing, including:

• How to confidently pitch, inspect, and close
• How to conduct a professional roofing inspection
• Intro to the insurance process and documentation flow
• How to work with homeowners from first contact to install
• Real‑world scenarios, role‑plays, and mentorship

• Meet with homeowners in storm‑affected or warm areas
• Build rapport and gain the trust of homeowners
• Qualify, set inspection appointments, and submit lead information
• Attend weekly team meetings and trainings
  
  Hit daily and weekly performance metrics
• Close personal deals, as well as leads provided by the company

• Reliable form of transportation / valid driver’s license
• Legal eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Past sales experience is a plus, but not required
• Previous customer service skills is a bonus
• Commitment to mastering roofing fundamentals through ongoing training
