Our client is a leading manufacturer of protective packaging solutions
, known for innovation, reliability, and strong distributor partnerships. They are expanding their sales team and seeking a high‑impact Outside Sales Representative to manage and grow business across the upper Western region.
This role combines direct sales with distributor channel development and is ideal for a driven, relationship‑oriented sales professional who thrives in manufacturing environments.
What You’ll Do- Manage and grow a multi‑state territory (CO, UT, , WY) through both direct and distributor‑driven sales
- Identify new opportunities, present solutions, and drive revenue growth
- Experience selling into manufacturing environments
- Packaging sales experience or closely related industrial product experience
- Proven success managing a territory and building distributor relationships
- Ability to travel up to 30%
- Base salary: $75,000–$90,000, + Up to 50% bonus
