Sales Representative – Monnit Corporation

Location: Salt Lake City, Utah (On-site only, no remote work)

Compensation: Competitive base salary + commissions + full benefits

Department: Business Development

Reports To: Executive Vice President

Start Date: Depends on the right candidate; targeting January 2026

What You’ll Do
  • Respond to inbound leads via phone, email, and online chat, uncovering customer needs and delivering tailored product recommendations.
  • Conduct outbound outreach when needed to nurture opportunities and grow accounts.
  • Open new customer accounts and ensure accurate, up‑to‑date record‑keeping within our CRM.
  • Provide quotes, follow‑up communication, and end‑to‑end support through the sales cycle.
  • Partner with technical support to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve product questions or issues.
  • Clearly communicate the value and capabilities of Monnit’s IoT solutions to end users and small‑to‑medium businesses.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of interactions, opportunities, and outcomes.
What You Bring
  • 2–3 years of sales or account management experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Competence in prospecting, appointment setting, and pipeline management
  • Familiarity with MS Office tools;
    Net Suite experience is a plus
  • Ability to type 30+ WPM
  • Aptitude for learning and discussing technical products
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
