Job DutiesWith your sales manager, setting New Order, productivity, and Real Estate office visit goals and then planning, organizing, and executing a plan to make these goals a reality. Communicating these goals and progressing towards these goals with the EH team. Present in front of real estate teams the reason they would use EH in their business. Call potential real estate leads to procure a meeting where you can explain the benefits of using EH.
Use your social media as a way to interact and grow your business.
Create measurable and specific new order and productivity goals. Develop specific plans to ensure new order goal accomplishment. Participate in a Monday morning team marketing meeting/call to discuss progress towards monthly goals, discuss current marketing campaigns/strategies, express needs or wants, and brief sales training.
OrganizationReview potential client targets to ensure daily activities are efficient. Use and manage your daily calendar efficiently. Manage the monthly marketing budget given to you from EH wisely and only spend where there is a return.
TeamworkBuild effective teamwork skills with EH team members and commit to doing whatever it takes to accomplish the overall goals of the team. Collaborate together to create Elevate success!
CommunicationReport weekly activities to your manager through provided reporting tools. Review weekly activities in Monday morning meeting/call. If you don't know the answer, ask. If you need help, reach out. Promptly and appropriately respond to all internal client email and text messages. Answer cellphone as often as possible (even after hours/weekends), while being courteous to current client commitments. Respond to voicemails promptly.
PreparingCreate, memorize and rehearse group sales presentations for different audiences. Create, memorize and rehearse a one-on-one sales presentation. (i.e. Real Estate Sales Meetings, Property tours, Association functions, etc.) Visit offices. Personally present EH to Realtors and Escrow Officers. Add prospects to email campaigns. Post on Social Media often (at least two times a week with a good mix of personal and business), this is so you become REAL to your clients.
Develop and use EH CRM tools. Plan out weekly marketing, calls, site visits, lunches, etc. Don't be a "GOMO" (translation-someone just going through the motions) with any of these activities. Consistent and meaningful contact is KEY to building your business!
This position reports to the Sales Manager every Monday morning. Items Reported-New Orders, Completed Orders, Group Presentations, Office Visits, One on One Presentations, Phone Calls, Impressions.
