- Conduct field sales calls to solicit orders and represent the employer's spinal and biologics products.
- Maintain and manage loaner inventory and consignment products across assigned accounts.
- Provide field service and case coverage tailored to customer needs.
- Prepare and submit required field visit reports to the District Sales Manager.
- Develop and execute an annual business plan with quarterly updates to meet sales quotas.
- High School Diploma (or equivalent) and 6+ years of relevant sales or clinical experience in medical devices, or
- Associate's Degree and 4+ years of relevant experience, or
- Bachelor's Degree and 2+ years of relevant experience in the medical device or healthcare sector.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance.
- Ability to travel significantly within the assigned territory to meet customer needs.
- Experience in an operating room setting and familiarity with orthopedic or spinal products.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse personalities.
- Flexibility to accommodate a varied work schedule.
- Previous experience with the employer or knowledge of its products is a plus.
