What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Conduct field sales calls to solicit orders and represent the employer's spinal and biologics products.
  • Maintain and manage loaner inventory and consignment products across assigned accounts.
  • Provide field service and case coverage tailored to customer needs.
  • Prepare and submit required field visit reports to the District Sales Manager.
  • Develop and execute an annual business plan with quarterly updates to meet sales quotas.
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • High School Diploma (or equivalent) and 6+ years of relevant sales or clinical experience in medical devices, or
  • Associate's Degree and 4+ years of relevant experience, or
  • Bachelor's Degree and 2+ years of relevant experience in the medical device or healthcare sector.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance.
  • Ability to travel significantly within the assigned territory to meet customer needs.
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience in an operating room setting and familiarity with orthopedic or spinal products.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse personalities.
  • Flexibility to accommodate a varied work schedule.
  • Previous experience with the employer or knowledge of its products is a plus.
