is seeking an experienced
Automotive Sales & F&I professional
to join a
small, close-knit team
. This position is ideal for someone who values quality over quantity and prefers a thoughtful, relationship-driven sales process rather than a high-pressure, high-volume environment.

• Strong automotive sales background with F&I experience
• Ability to handle deals from start to finish in a low-volume setting
• Professional, ethical, and customer-focused approach
• Strong organizational and follow-through skills
• Comfortable working independently with minimal micromanagement
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

• Earning potential up to $150,000 per year
• Small staff with a supportive, hands-on ownership team
• Inventory consisting of
  clean title vehicles only
• Established relationships with
  local credit unions
• Straightforward processes with flexibility and autonomy
• Closed Sundays to support work-life balance

• Managing vehicle sales from initial contact through delivery
• Presenting financing and protection products clearly and compliantly
• Working directly with credit unions to secure competitive financing
• Ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete
• Maintaining a calm, transparent, and professional customer experience
