- Develop and execute territory plans to exceed sales goals and identify growth opportunities
- Deliver compelling presentations on hereditary and precision oncology solutions to healthcare teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support seamless product adoption and integration
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of successful sales experience in oncology, molecular diagnostics, or a related healthcare sector
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in competitive markets
- Strong clinical acumen with effective communication and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory (50-75%)
- Experience selling clinical products in the oncology therapeutic area
- Proven track record of expanding business within large health systems and integrated networks
- Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM systems
- Familiarity with HIPAA laws and patient privacy regulations
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
