What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Drive adoption of the full oncology portfolio through new business development and lead generation
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key oncology accounts and stakeholders
  • Develop and execute territory plans to exceed sales goals and identify growth opportunities
  • Deliver compelling presentations on hereditary and precision oncology solutions to healthcare teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support seamless product adoption and integration
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of successful sales experience in oncology, molecular diagnostics, or a related healthcare sector
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in competitive markets
  • Strong clinical acumen with effective communication and presentation skills
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory (50-75%)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience selling clinical products in the oncology therapeutic area
  • Proven track record of expanding business within large health systems and integrated networks
  • Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM systems
  • Familiarity with HIPAA laws and patient privacy regulations
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
