- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of 3+ years of successful sales experience in oncology, molecular diagnostics, or a related healthcare sector
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in competitive markets
- Strong clinical acumen with the ability to communicate scientific data effectively
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory (50-75%)
- Experience selling clinical products in the oncology therapeutic area
- Proven experience driving adoption in complex healthcare environments
- Track record of expanding business within large health systems and integrated networks
- Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM systems
- Familiarity with HIPAA laws and patient privacy ethics
