Role OverviewWe are seeking a passionate, driven, and consultative Sales Agent to spearhead outreach to health and wellness practitioners, especially those in alternative medicine, energy wellness, and mind health. This is a phone‑based sales role focused on building relationships, educating practitioners, and driving adoption of our transformative products.

Key ResponsibilitiesWhat You’ll Do:
- Conduct outbound sales calls to practitioners in the health and wellness sector
- Educate prospects and leads on the benefits of Energy4
Life’s BWS solution, MiHealth device, and Infoceuticals - Build and nurture long‑term relationships with practitioners and wellness professionals to help them grow their business
- Identify market opportunities and contribute to strategic growth initiatives
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine messaging and improve conversion
- Proven success in consultative sales, ideally within health, wellness, or technology sectors
- Passion for alternative medicine, energy healing, and mind‑body wellness
- Exceptional phone communication and listening skills
- Ability to explain complex concepts in clear, compelling language
- Self‑starter with strong organizational and time management skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to grow within a purpose‑driven company
- Comfortable working independently and managing a flexible schedule
- Tech‑savvy and proficient in CRM tools, email, and virtual communication platforms
- 2-5+ years of experience in consultative sales, relationship‑based sales, or practitioner‑focused sales (health, wellness, technology, or adjacent fields)
- Demonstrated success selling complex or high‑consideration products through education and trust‑building rather than transactional tactics
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to confidently engage practitioners by phone or video
- Ability to clearly explain nuanced or technical concepts in a grounded, accessible, and compelling way
- High level of self‑motivation, organization, and follow‑through in a flexible work environment
- Comfortable managing outbound outreach, follow‑ups, and pipeline activity using CRM and digital tools

Life’s mission and interest in bioenergetics, mind‑body health, and preventative wellness
- Experience selling into health & wellness practitioner channels (functional medicine, energy medicine, chiropractic, integrative health, coaching, or similar)
- Familiarity with alternative or complementary health modalities (bioenergetics, frequency medicine, functional health, nervous system regulation, etc.)
- Prior experience working with practitioner networks, B2B2C models, or professional communities
- Event or conference experience representing a brand at wellness or healthcare gatherings
