• Identify and generate qualified leads through Linked In, Google, social media, online directories, and other digital platforms.
• Conduct market research and prospect mining to build a strong sales pipeline.
• Initiate contact with prospective clients via calls, emails, Linked In, and Whats App.
• Nurture and follow up with leads until they are converted into qualified business opportunities.
• Schedule meetings and coordinate with the Business Development/Sales team.
• Maintain accurate lead records and update CRM/database regularly.
• Build long-term relationships with prospects and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
• Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation and conversion targets.

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA/Marketing preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in Lead Generation, Inside Sales, Business Development, or Client Acquisition.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Hands-on experience with Linked In Sales Navigator, CRM tools, MS Excel, and online research.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive with a strong learning attitude.
