Required:

This is a 1099 commission‑only role.

• Proven track record of the high close ratio of in‑home sales
• A consistently top sales representative looking to earn more
• Understanding of the sales step process
• First‑call closer
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation with the ability to travel frequently
• Sales mentality and mindset with exceptional negotiation skills, outgoing, extroverted personality, excellent problem‑solving skills and good judgment, persuasive communicator – both written and verbal, extremely organized and detail‑driven, proficient in technology and utilized software
• Strong customer service and rapport
