Gaming Creator Partner Manager - Sales

Virtual Athletics League is a full services gaming marketing agency and publisher with relationships with the creators. Our creator team is called VAL uprising.

At VAL we care deeply about the long term success of both creators and games. We bring our best efforts for launches, live service, and publishing.

We work with both VR and 2D studios, blending influencer strategy, creator-led content, smart performance marketing, and hands-on creative execution.

We have worked directly with Meta and have done high profile work for studios like Ubisoft, Among Us, Nerf, The Walking Dead, Square Enix and 200+ other studios.

Through partnerships with creators, brands, and game studios, Virtual Athletics League supports the growth of creators careers and partnerships with game studios and brands.

The Creator Partner Manager - Sales is a sales driven role focused on bringing enhanced game studio and brand work to the creators we are closest with.

In office is required one day per week in Salt Lake City, the other four days are totally remote and flexible.

Occasional travel to industry events like Gamescom, GDC, PAX and other events may be required

This includes some email and sponsorship management.

This can also include onboarding, and managing creator partners to drive revenue and audience growth. This role also involves some prospecting and qualifying creator leads and brands that creators point out as good fits and focus for their channels and communities. Its important to:

Maintain strong relationships with developers, agencies, publishers, and creator partners.

Work with VAL's influencer and campaign teams to make sure deals sold can be executed successfully.

Keep CRM, pipeline, deal notes, and follow-up systems accurate and current.

Track revenue and sales performance across the creator portfolio.

Look for patterns in what buyers want and help VAL improve our creator packages, pricing, and sales strategy and all other help on sales and business development.

$30/hour base — approximately $62,400/year

$20,000 target annual sales commission

Approximately $82,400 OTE

Full-time W-2 position

4 days remote, one day in office per week.
