We are growing our sales team in South Salt Lake to support new product offerings, record inventory, and incoming customer traffic. Whether you are an experienced auto sales professional looking for a higher-volume floor and better commission structure, or a driven sales pro from another industry looking to make six figures, we provide the leads, inventory, and support to help you win.

• Competitive Compensation: Base draw + aggressive commission tier + monthly factory/dealer bonuses.

• High-Demand Inventory: Sell the full lineup of Ram, Jeep, Dodge, and Chrysler vehicles plus a heavy pre-owned inventory.

  Quarterly Manufacturer Certification and Daily Dealership Process Training

• Consult with customers to identify vehicle needs, showcase product capabilities, and conduct professional vehicle demonstrations.

• Manage incoming digital, phone, and floor leads through our CRM.

• Build long-term client relationships, through outbound phone, text and email communications, to drive repeat business and referrals.

• Conduct thorough product presentations across our light-duty truck, SUV, and performance vehicle lineups.

• Collaborate with management to close deals and maintain top customer satisfaction scores.

• Experience: 1+ years in automotive sales preferred, but high-performing reps from retail/B2B/cellular sales are strongly encouraged to apply.

• Drive: Self-motivated mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding personal income goals.

• Communication: Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

• Requirements: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
