Job Title:
Client Account Sales Coordinator
Monthly Pay: $5,400 - $6,200 USD per month
Summary:Support a remote sales team serving policyholders, agencies, and business clients. This full-time entry-level role keeps quotes, renewal opportunities, and account activity moving while building practical sales coordination experience.
Job Responsibilities:- Prepare accurate quote packets for prospective clients.
- Update opportunity stages and contact details promptly.
- Coordinate follow-ups with producers and carrier contacts.
- Track renewal dates, proposal requests, and next steps.
- Resolve routine account questions using approved resources.
- Bring customer-facing experience from retail, service, or sales.
- Learn policy terms, premiums, and coverage options quickly.
- Use spreadsheets to maintain organized opportunity information.
- Write clear emails for clients and internal partners.
- Manage priorities across changing daily sales requests.
- Work remotely from anywhere within Utah.
- Develop sales coordination skills through structured coaching.
- Collaborate daily with an experienced remote team.
