Security responsibilities include access control for all visitors, monitoring of CCTV and alarms, alarm response, incident coordination with the Security Operations Center, and security reporting. Requires strong computer skills and the ability to work with all management levels and external clients/vendors.

• Perform access control duties and guest management, including greeting guests and providing customer service.
• Issue access badges, including temporary, vendor, and guest badges.
• Monitor activities within the Reception Area via CCTV and alarm monitoring.
• Assist facilities team members as needed.

• 4–5 years of supervisory experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CPR certification.
• Demonstrated commitment to the security and reception team mission.
• Experience working with high‑level individuals in complex, unstructured situations.
• Successful completion of a background review and drug screening.
• Excellent writing and analytical skills.
• Ability to create and cultivate trust and transparency in all relationships.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
