As a Plumber Helper, you will assist licensed plumbers in installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems. • Assist licensed plumbers with the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances.
• Help with the preparation and organization of job sites, ensuring that all necessary tools and materials are readily available.
• Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve plumbing issues.
• Clean and maintain tools, equipment, and work spaces to ensure a safe and productive work environment.
• Follow all safety protocols and regulations while on the job.
• Learn and adhere to plumbing codes and standards.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members, demonstrating professionalism and a customer-focused attitude.
• Participate in training programs to develop plumbing skills and knowledge.

• High school diploma or GED (preferred).
• Previous experience in plumbing or a related field is a plus but not required.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing systems and tools is an advantage.
• Strong willingness to learn and take direction.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical labor.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
