• Installing, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems in commercial and industrial settings
• Reading blueprints and wiring schematics to execute tasks accurately
• Bending pipe, pulling wire, running conduit, and installing outlets and fixtures
• Coordinating with other trades on job sites to ensure efficient workflow
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment – always putting safety first
• Participating in company training programs to stay up to date with evolving code and technology
• Following detailed instructions and maintaining a high standard of craftsmanship
• Representing Nextech with a positive, can‑do attitude at every site

• 4+ years of commercial electrical experience (preferred)
• State‑Licensed Journeyman (if required by your state)
• Familiarity with current NEC codes / Local Codes
• Experience installing and maintaining electrical systems in commercial or industrial environments
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical equipment and systems
• Must own basic hand tools for electrical work
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a safety‑first mindset
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a drug screening
• Physical ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, climb, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs; use manual dexterity and hand tools; operate safely on ladders and elevated platforms; follow written and verbal instructions accurately; work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions
