Responsibilities- Installing, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems in commercial and industrial settings
- Reading blueprints and wiring schematics to execute tasks accurately
- Bending pipe, pulling wire, running conduit, and installing outlets and fixtures
- Coordinating with other trades on job sites to ensure efficient workflow
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment – always putting safety first
- Participating in company training programs to stay up to date with evolving code and technology
- Following detailed instructions and maintaining a high standard of craftsmanship
- Representing Nextech with a positive, can‑do attitude at every site
- 4+ years of commercial electrical experience (preferred)
- State‑Licensed Journeyman (if required by your state)
- Familiarity with current NEC codes / Local Codes
- Experience installing and maintaining electrical systems in commercial or industrial environments
- Ability to troubleshoot electrical equipment and systems
- Must own basic hand tools for electrical work
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a safety‑first mindset
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a drug screening
- Physical ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, climb, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs; use manual dexterity and hand tools; operate safely on ladders and elevated platforms; follow written and verbal instructions accurately; work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions
