We are searching for an Installation/Carpentry Apprentice to join our growing team. This entry‑level role is ideal for candidates eager to grow their career in installation.

We hire people, not résumés. Your character and alignment with our core values matter more than experience. Apprentices need hustle, pride, a strong work ethic, patience, and a drive to exceed expectations.

With dedication, the right apprentice can earn $80,000–$110,000 and become a valued team member.

Program starting wage: $17.00/hour, with raises every 1–3 months as you progress.

• Assist Installers with safe, high‑quality installation of products in customers’ homes.
• Communicate necessary information in a friendly and professional manner.
• Operate company vehicle, tools, etc. safely.
• Receive training to develop skills and become a Lead Installer and run own truck and jobs.

• Current driver’s license with a good driving record; ability to operate company vehicle safely.
• Problem‑solver attitude and demeanor.
• Enjoy working with your hands.
• Experience with power tools, hand tools, tape measure preferred but not required.
• Closet, garage, office installation experience preferred but not required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong personal organization skills.
