Appliance and Refrigeration Repair Technician

• Drive to multiple customer homes daily to diagnose and repair appliances such as refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, and microwaves with high quality and efficiency.
• Deliver excellent customer experience that exceeds expectations.
• Provide value‑added solutions for customers’ homes.
• Maintain company truck and manage parts efficiently.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED.
• EPA Type I or EPA Universal certification.
• Mechanical knowledge and aptitude, including use of testing and repair tools.
• Preferred experience repairing and diagnosing a variety of home appliances.
• Ability to follow directions and processes for quality workmanship.
• Proficiency with smartphone use for part ordering.
• Successful background and drug screen.
• Valid driver’s license for the state(s) performed.
• Ability to travel up to 100%.
• Ability to work variable and flexible hours, including overtime.
• Ability to read, understand, and apply technical text.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, English proficiency.
• Physical strength: lift up to 20 lbs routinely, 50 lbs frequently, 100 lbs occasionally; lift, carry, push, pull; reach, bend, squat, kneel, twist, turn, stoop, climb, crawl; reach above shoulder; drive automatic transmission vehicle.
