Turn-Key Workplace Solutions is a rapidly growing office furniture installation and logistics company specializing in commercial and hospitality projects. From corporate office spaces to large-scale hotel FF&E installations, our team is known for professionalism, efficiency, and craftsmanship.

We’re looking for a skilled Installer or Lead Installer to join our team. If you take pride in precision, enjoy solving problems on the fly, and thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment — we want to hear from you.

• Install a wide range of commercial furniture systems (workstations, private offices, demountable walls, casegoods, specialty mounting, etc.)
• Read and interpret floor plans, elevations, and installation drawings
• Lead or support crews on job sites to complete installs on time and within scope
• Communicate clearly with project managers, clients, and fellow team members
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
• Travel to project sites as needed (mostly local, occasional out‑of‑state projects)

• Previous experience in office furniture installation, carpentry, or related trades preferred
• Knowledge of major systems (Teknion, Steelcase, Herman Miller, Friant, etc.) is a plus
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in varying site conditions
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
• Leadership experience for Lead Installer roles (crew coordination, QC, client communication)
