The Plumbing Service Technician & Installer will be responsible for performing a variety of plumbing services, including installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems and fixtures. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of plumbing codes, system diagnostics, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

• Installation: Install plumbing systems including water supply lines, drainage systems, sinks, toilets, faucets, and water heaters according to local codes and manufacturer specifications.
• Maintenance & Repairs: Diagnose plumbing issues and perform repairs on pipes, fixtures, and appliances as needed, ensuring quality workmanship.
• Customer Service: Interact professionally with clients, assess their plumbing needs, provide estimates, and explain services in a clear and friendly manner.
• System Inspections: Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems and fixtures to identify potential issues and recommend necessary services or upgrades.
• Troubleshooting: Utilize problem-solving skills to diagnose system malfunctions, recommend solutions, and execute repairs in a timely manner.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of services performed, materials used, and customer interactions in the company’s service management software.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and plumbing standards to ensure a safe work environment for yourself and others.

  Work alongside other technicians, apprentices, and support staff to complete projects and ensure customer satisfaction.

• High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an apprenticeship program in plumbing is preferred.
• Valid plumbing license and/or certification as required by local regulations.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in plumbing service and installation.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and repair techniques.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Physical ability to lift heavy equipment, work in confined spaces, and perform manual tasks.
