Responsibilities- Provides the highest level of customer service, technical ability, and quality to our customers.
- Installs, maintains, and repairs most standard refrigeration units for commercial customers (e.g., reach-in coolers and freezers, beverage dispensers, walk-in coolers/freezers, rack units).
- Diagnoses and repairs electronic, mechanical, and electrical components of commercial refrigeration systems.
- Travels to job sites in the assigned service area and collaborates with Dispatchers to maintain schedules and communicate delays to customers.
- Available to work nights and weekends on a rotating basis to address emergency service needs.
- Maintains the company vehicle, stock, parts, tools, and safety equipment; documents service details electronically.
- Operates diagnostic tools, refrigerant recovery equipment, and related instruments; calibrates systems per manufacturer specifications.
- Participates in training opportunities and adheres to safety policies and procedures.
- Identifies opportunities for additional business and communicates them to management.
- Follows all environmental regulations and EPA guidelines for handling and disposal of refrigerants.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Specific Industry Certification/License and EPA Certification.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 2+ years of recent HVAC/R technician field experience required.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of refrigeration, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Proficient in reading schematics, work plans, and using diagnostic tools, refrigerant recovery equipment, and specialized instruments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as required; ability to travel to client sites.
- Commitment to delivering high levels of customer service consistently.
- Ability to operate an iPad, cell phone, computer, and/or other office/work-related devices.
- Company vehicle and gas card provided.
- Dispatched from home daily.

Salary: USD $20.00–$30.00 per hour.
