What You’ll Do:

As a Maintenance Technician at our Service Center, you’ll be a key player in maintaining the equipment and infrastructure that powers our operations. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Troubleshooting and resolving equipment and manufacturing system issues in collaboration with our operations team.
  • Performing preventive maintenance and inspections to ensure equipment reliability and safety.
  • Supporting all aspects of building maintenance, including minor plumbing, drywall, painting, cleaning, and general upkeep.
  • Identifying and solving recurring equipment problems alongside the maintenance team.
  • Ensuring compliance with OSHA and Tosca’s internal safety standards.
  • Demonstrating a strong understanding of and strict adherence to the Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) program.
What We Are Looking For :

We’re looking for a skilled technician who thrives in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment. You should have:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of experience working with mechanical and electrical equipment.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of OSHA requirements and production safety practices, including LOTO.
  • Electrical knowledge including schematics, PLCs, 480v/3-phase systems, D/C motors, Yaskawa A/C drives, wiring, and control logic.
  • Solid understanding of industrial mechanical principles including hydraulics, pneumatics, and controls.
  • Familiarity with boilers and MIG/TIG welding is a plus.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed.
Work Schedule
  • 2nd shift 1:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
  • Pay: $/hour + $0.50/hour shift differential
