• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on plumbing systems and equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues, providing effective solutions.
• Install, repair, and replace various plumbing components such as pipes, valves, and fixtures.
• Clear blockages and ensure the efficient operation of drainage systems.
• Conduct inspections and tests to identify issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients and addressing their plumbing concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each job.
• Stay up-to-date with industry standards, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

• High school diploma or equivalent; certification from a technical or trade school is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Plumbing and Drains Service Technician or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and work in various environmental conditions.
