The ideal candidate will have great attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and a thirst for knowledge. Mechanical aptitude, automotive knowledge, and 12V experience are an added bonus but not required. Our technicians take pride in high-quality, professional work and thrive in a culture of prioritization and execution.

• $18 - $24 per hour, based on experience

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
• Ability to bend, twist, reach, and lift to 50 lbs. without assistance
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
• Mechanical aptitude, automotive knowledge, and 12V experience is a plus
• Strong Work Ethic

• Successful completion of pre‑employment screens, including a background check

• Removal of factory interior and exterior equipment and parts
• Install emergency lighting, sirens, consoles, radios, and other upfitting equipment on police, fire, and EMS vehicles
• Interpret and follow build sheets, wiring diagrams, and technical specifications
• Ensure all work meets safety, quality, and compliance standards
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to maintain workflow and efficiency
