We are expanding our team and seeking highly motivated individuals who have a thirst for knowledge to join us as an installation technician. The ideal candidate will have great attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and a thirst for knowledge. Mechanical aptitude, automotive knowledge, and 12V experience are an added bonus but not required. Our technicians take pride in high-quality, professional work and thrive in a culture of prioritization and execution.

- $18 - $24 per hour, based on experience

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
- Ability to bend, twist, reach, and lift to 50 lbs. without assistance
- Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
- Mechanical aptitude, automotive knowledge, and 12V experience is a plus
- Strong Work Ethic
- Successful completion of pre‑employment screens, including a background check
- Removal of factory interior and exterior equipment and parts
- Install emergency lighting, sirens, consoles, radios, and other upfitting equipment on police, fire, and EMS vehicles
- Interpret and follow build sheets, wiring diagrams, and technical specifications
- Ensure all work meets safety, quality, and compliance standards
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to maintain workflow and efficiency
