** As a Maintenance Technician at Wasatch Commercial Management, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the ongoing maintenance and upkeep of our commercial properties. You will work collaboratively with our property management team to maintain a safe, clean, and efficient environment for our tenants and visitors. ** Responsibilities:
*** Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry repairs.
* Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify maintenance and repair needs.
* Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
* Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
* Assist in the preparation of vacant units for new tenants.
* Collaborate with vendors and contractors when necessary.
* Ensure the safety and security of the property and its occupants.

* Qualifications:

*** High school diploma or equivalent.
* Previous experience in commercial property maintenance preferred.
