Android Engineer

Overview

NTT DATA seeks an Android Testing Engineer (XRAY) to join our team in Salt Lake City, Utah (US-UT), United States (US).

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Android automation using UI Automator or Espresso.
• Integrate automation workflows with tools such as Xray API, Git Hub API, and Jenkins for CI/CD and test management.
• Collaborate with QA, Dev Ops, and development teams to ensure seamless integration and performance validation.
• Participate in the development process by writing and maintaining application features and automated tests, including unit tests, component tests, and integration tests.

Skills Required

• Strong mobile application development and testing background is a must (Espresso, UI Automator, or Compose for Android).
• Experience delivering software in an Agile environment.
• Experience with Cloud technology and CI/CD pipelines is a nice to have.
• Strong knowledge of QA practices.
