• Design and implement features to solve challenging problems in our large Rails codebase. You'll work across a varied stack that includes Rails, React, Type Script, and more.
• Optimize for scalability, performance, and security as our product grows.
• Maintain and improve existing systems.
• Collaborate with our team of developers, designers, and QA.
• Mentor less experienced developers.

• 4+ years of experience in full stack development.
• Strong skills in relational database design and optimization.
• CS degree is desirable, but not required if sufficient skill/experience can be demonstrated.
• Knowledge of and experience with security best practices.
• Experience consuming and integrating with third party APIs.
• Skills in background job processing.
• Solid attention to detail and desire to build great software.
• AWS or Dev Ops experience is a plus.
