The Full Stack Engineer will contribute to the design, development, and deployment of scalable web applications within the BDXE (Brokerage Digital Experience) product space. The role requires a balance of front-end Angular Type Script expertise and backend Java Spring development, with a focus on Camunda BPMN workflows and AWS core services. The ideal candidate will thrive in a cross-functional, agile team environment, demonstrating strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, enhance, and maintain applications using Angular Type Script and Java Spring frameworks.
- Design, implement, and optimize BPMN workflows using Camunda.
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices aligned with best practices and scalability standards.
- Leverage AWS core services for application deployment and cloud integration.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product owners, and QA teams in an iterative SDLC process.
- Apply CI/CD principles using tools like Jenkins, Maven, uDeploy, Stash, and Docker.
- Implement test-first development using JUnit, Mockito, and Spring Test frameworks.
- Ensure the reliability, performance, and maintainability of all developed solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to a culture of empathy, collaboration, and shared learning within the team.
- 5+ years of hands-on software development experience in Java Web services and API solutions.
- Strong proficiency in Angular Type Script, Java, Spring Core, and Spring MVC.
- Experience developing RESTful services, working with JSON/XML, and integrating APIs.
- Hands-on experience with Camunda BPMN for workflow automation.
- Working knowledge of AWS cloud services and deployment processes.
- Proficiency in Dev Ops tools (Jenkins, Docker, Maven, uDeploy, Stash).
- Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and design patterns.
- Familiarity with relational and No
SQL databases. - Solid understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS/SASS, JQuery, and NodeJS.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Swagger for API documentation.
- Familiarity with testing frameworks like JUnit, Mockito, and Spring Test.
- Exposure to CI/CD deployment models, A/B testing, and feature toggles.
- Experience with Azure or GCP in addition to AWS.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related technical field required.
