Frontend Developer

mysherpas, based in Salt Lake City, Utah, is a leader in commercial lending technology, offering solutions that simplify and enhance lending operations. Inspired by Sherpas who guide climbers, we streamline processes to empower lenders to focus on delivering exceptional, personalized customer experiences. Our patented cloud-based platform integrates tools like email, Teams, SharePoint, Dropbox, Slack, and CRMs into one user-friendly system. Compatible with existing Loan Origination Systems (LOS), our platform is intuitive, accessible to users of any experience level, and can be mastered within a few loans.

We’re looking for a Front-End Engineer with exceptional React and Next.js expertise to help us expand our banking platform. You’ll transform wireframes and designs into elegant, high-performance interfaces and collaborate closely with backend engineers to deliver seamless user experiences.

• Implement responsive, accessible, and pixel-perfect UI using React

• Collaborate with backend teams to integrate APIs and ensure smooth data flow.
• Optimize performance for complex, interactive features and rich forms.
• Write unit tests and E2E tests to maintain quality and prevent regressions.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and advocate for best practices in front-end development.
• Participate in architectural discussions.

• Professional experience building modern web applications with React and Next.js.
• Strong foundation in Typescript

• Experience with state management (Redux, Context API) and component libraries.
• Familiarity with AWS is a plus.
