We are looking for a Data Engineer who is proficient and experienced in data flows, from requirements gathering up to semantic layer serving.
Responsibilities- Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines using Azure Data Factory (ADF) and other Azure components.
- Design, build and maintain scalable database solutions in SQL.
- Advise and assist in semantic layer definition and creation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and translate them into data models.
- Create documentation and ensure knowledge transfer for developed solutions.
- Ensure best practices with regards to process quality, observability and scalability.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in Data Engineering or related roles.
- Proficiency in Azure technologies, including ADF and SQL Server.
- Strong skills in SQL, including writing complex queries, stored procedures, and advanced data integrity table and trigger design.
- Demonstrated experience in integrating various data serving APIs and transforming data to different formats.
- Excellent knowledge of data modeling and database design.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and version control tools.
- A strong sense of ownership and ability to handle ambiguity.

- 401K:
Bridge Investment Group will match your contributions dollar-for-dollar, up to 6% of your pay. These contributions are fully vested immediately. Eligible employees are automatically enrolled at a 4% contribution rate. The employee must be at least 21 years of age and have worked for the Company for at least 60 days. - Paid Time Off:
Employees will accrue 5.23 hours of paid time off per pay period for a total of 17 days per year. - 11 Paid Holidays per year.
- Following six (6) months of employment at the Company, you will be eligible per birth, adoption or placement of a child for four (4) weeks of paid parental leave as the primary caregiver to the child or two weeks of paid parental leave as the secondary caregiver to the child. Following two years of employment at the Company, you will be eligible for twelve weeks of paid parental leave per birth, adoption or placement of a child if you are the primary caregiver of the child.
- Tuition Reimbursement:
Up to $5,000 per year of pre-approved tuition expenses will be reimbursed upon submission of approved documentation. Repayment obligations may apply if employment terminates prior to 24 months.
