• At least 2 years of experience in translating functional/non-functional requirements to system requirements.
• At least 4 years in the Software Development Life Cycle.
• At least 2 years of experience in the Capital Markets domain.
• Fundamental understanding of RDBMS such as DB2 or Sybase.
• Strong experience in Core Java and Unix.
• Experience with Hibernate, Spring IOC (v3), and Spring MVC.
• Ability to work in a team environment and possess client interfacing skills.
• Ability to work in a diverse/multiple stakeholder environment.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Experience and desire to work in a global delivery environment.
• Exposure to IDEs like Eclipse or Intelli
  
  J IDEA.
• Knowledge of Test Driven Development (TDD).
• Experience working on Unix or Linux systems and understanding of Maven.
• Understanding of SVN; knowledge of Git is an added advantage.
• Experience with CI tools like Jenkins or Team City.
• Experience with unit testing APIs such as JUnit is mandatory.

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution. Equivalent experience can be considered in lieu of education.
• At least 4 years of experience in Information Technologies.
