Junior Full-Stack Developer

We're seeking a motivated Junior Full-Stack Developer to join our engineering team and contribute to building Qubit Owl's PQC discovery and inventory platform. This role is ideal for early-career engineers (1-2 years of experience) who are eager to grow their skills in a fast-paced startup environment while working on mission-critical security technology.

You’ll work closely with senior engineers to develop and enhance both frontend and backend components of our platform. On the frontend, you’ll build intuitive React-based interfaces that help security teams visualize cryptographic inventories and risk assessments. On the backend, you’ll contribute to Python services that power our discovery engines and data processing pipelines. While this role requires mentorship and a ramp‑up period, you’ll gain exposure to cutting‑edge technologies in the PQC space and have meaningful impact on our product roadmap.

• Develop responsive UI components using React (JavaScript/Type Script) for cryptographic inventory dashboards and reporting interfaces
• Build and maintain Python backend services supporting data ingestion, processing, and API development
• Collaborate with senior engineers on feature development, code reviews, and architectural decisions
• Participate in agile development processes and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives
• Learn and apply security best practices relevant to cryptographic systems and sensitive data handling

• 1-2 years of professional software development experience
• Strong proficiency in React with JavaScript/Type Script
• Solid Python programming skills and understanding of backend development concepts
• Full‑stack mindset with ability to work across the entire application stack
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and willingness to learn new technologies
