Sr. React Developer

Overview

Sr. React Developer role ation:
Remote (USA-based; PST hours preferred).

We are looking for a Sr. React Developer to join our team, ideally working remotely in the USA. You will collaborate with designers and backend teams to create user-centric interfaces and enhance product features, driving the transformation of customer experiences.

• Partner with designers to create intuitive, elegant, and clear user interfaces.
• Build reusable UI components and front-end infrastructure to boost product development speed.
• Ensure optimal client performance and accessibility across various browsers and devices.
• Conduct thorough testing, cover edge cases, identify and resolve issues for high-quality, performant software.
• Collaborate with the backend team in presenting product features comprehensively to customers.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in building production-grade web applications end-to-end.
• Expertise in Type Script/JavaScript, React/Vue/NextJS, Redux or similar state management, and modern web tooling.
• Strong foundation in HTML, CSS, and component-based styling (e.g., Styled Components, Emotion, Tailwind).
• Proven skills in optimizing rendering, bundle size, and runtime performance.
• Experienced in setting up build pipelines, testing frameworks, and CI/CD for frontend systems.
• Enthusiasm for quick iteration to deliver polished, user-centric features.
• Familiarity with Python and backend frameworks is a plus.

The base salary range for this position is $92,250 - $120,000 plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
