Overview

We are currently seeking a Full-Time – Lead Developer. The Lead Developer is responsible for technical leadership, hands-on development, and delivery management for the internal Property Management System (PMS). This role combines senior engineering responsibilities with development management duties, ensuring the system remains stable, scalable, and aligned with business needs. The Lead Developer serves as the technical authority for the platform, mentors junior team members, and partners closely with operations and leadership to balance feature delivery, support, and system reliability.

This is a fully onsite position in Cottonwood Heights, Utah.

Responsibilities
  • Technical Leadership & Development:
    Design, develop, and maintain core PMS functionality using .NET technologies
  • Own architectural decisions, coding standards, and technical best practices
  • Review and approve code prior to release to ensure quality, performance, and security
  • Lead complex development efforts, especially integrations and high-impact workflows
  • Delivery & Team Leadership:
    Plan and prioritize development work in alignment with business needs
  • Assign work, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior developers
  • Balance feature development, technical debt, and operational support
  • Protect team focus while ensuring production issues are addressed appropriately
  • Operational & Cross-Functional Support:
    Partner with support and Dev Ops resources on production issues and root cause analysis
  • Act as the primary engineering point of contact for internal stakeholders
  • Support release planning, deployment readiness, and rollback strategies
  • Contribute to documentation, training materials, and internal knowledge sharing
Requirements
  • 7–10+ years of professional software development experience
  • Strong background in .NET development (C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server)
  • Prior experience leading or mentoring developers
  • Experience supporting production systems and integrations

Compensation

Full-Time $100,000 to $140,000 per year.
