This is an on-site, contract role located in Salt Lake City, UT, for a Strength Coach. The Strength Coach will be responsible for designing and implementing personalized strength and conditioning programs to meet the unique physical needs of clients aged 50 and older. Day-to-day tasks include conducting fitness assessments, providing one-on-one coaching sessions, monitoring clients’ progress, and offering guidance on exercise techniques and injury prevention.
The coach will foster a positive and motivating atmosphere to help clients achieve their fitness goals.
- Proficiency in Strength & Conditioning and Strength Training techniques
- Experience in Coaching and Personal Training
- Knowledge of Exercise Physiology and its application to individual fitness needs
- Strong interpersonal and motivational skills to engage and inspire clients
- Relevant certifications such as CSCS, CPT, NASM, or equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related field is beneficial
- Ability to adapt training programs for diverse skill levels and physical conditions
- Demonstrated commitment to creating a safe and inclusive training environment
