Airport CDL Shuttle Driver – $1000 Sign On Bonus

As a CDL Shuttle Bus Driver you will operate shuttle buses safely and efficiently, transporting passengers to their destination. You will maintain bus cleanliness, perform vehicle inspections, and assist passengers, including those with luggage and disabled travelers.

• Deliver an exceptional client and customer experience guided by the SP+ Promise – answer questions, provide city directions, and ensure positive interactions.
• Perform vehicle inspections, maintain bus interior cleanliness, fuel buses, log trip counts, and assist disabled passengers.
• Be at work every scheduled day, on time, and in uniform.
• Possess a valid state‑issued driver’s license and maintain a clean DMV record.
• Report any known accidents or safety hazards to the Facility Manager.
• Communicate debris, water, oil spills, etc. to the garage office.
• Substitute for cashiers or valets when authorized.
• Assist customers with luggage and other traveling items at the airport location.
• Assist the Facility Manager with other duties as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Valid CDL Class A, B driver’s license with passenger endorsement.
• DOT Medical Card (medical examiner’s certificate).
• Availability to work 3rd shift and/or weekends if required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic mathematical skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and handling 100’s).
• Neat appearance and full uniform at all times.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 75 pounds, sit, and climb as required.

Salary: $22.00 per hour + $1,000 sign‑on bonus.
