About the RoleBudget of Utah seeks a driven, energetic, customer‑focused Manager‑in‑Training to join its high‑performing team at Salt Lake City International Airport. Requirements- 2+ years of experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or operations (car rental experience a plus)
- Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
- Strong leadership and problem‑solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑volume setting
- Must have a valid driver’s license and a good driving record
- Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings
