CDL-A Regional Driver

Location: Salt Lake City, UT 84101 |
Home Time: Home every weekend with a 48-hour reset
Pay: $1,350 to $1,550 weekly |
Freight: Regional no-touch freight, 50% drop and hook

Balanced regional freight and dependable route flow give CDL-A drivers a structured workweek built around established freight lanes, consistent customer demand, and reliable weekends at home.

A strong regional operation depends on practical planning and steady freight movement. Familiar freight patterns, assigned equipment, and organized routes help drivers stay productive throughout the week.

• Weekly earnings of $1,350 to $1,550 paid every Friday through direct deposit
• Drivers who maintain professional standards and remain available for dispatched freight earn a $1,200 weekly minimum
• Additional compensation is available for detention time, layovers, and breakdown situations

Home every Saturday and Sunday with a full 48-hour reset. Regional routes run from Maine to Atlanta and west into Indiana and Illinois. Average trips of approximately 250 miles help create a dependable weekly driving routine.

• 100% no-touch regional freight
• Approximately 50% of loads are drop and hook

Drivers are assigned  Freightliner Cascadia tractors.

Each truck includes a double bunk sleeper, SiriusXM radio, 24-inch HD television, refrigerator, battery-powered APU, and 1,500-watt inverter for personal electronics.

Blue Cross Blue Shield health insurance. Delta Dental coverage. 401(k) with company matching after 60 days.

• Paid vacation and holiday time once established
• Family riders 13 and older for $5 per week insurance

• Valid CDL-A license
• Minimum one year of verifiable OTR experience
