Warehouse Worker

$16.25 per hour plus $1.00 differential for 2nd shift (3:00 pm - 11:00 p.m., Monday‑Friday). Pay increases during the first year and eligibility for additional bonuses.

• Pick, pack and stage parts.
• Utilize hand‑held radio‑frequency scanners (RF).
• Move boxes and pallets throughout the distribution center.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School diploma or GED / homeschooling equivalency.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to work various shifts, overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Basic math skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division with whole numbers, fractions and decimals.

• Prior warehouse training or experience (preferred but not required).

• Stand, walk, use hands and fingers, reach with arms, talk and hear.
• Frequently required to stop, kneel and crouch.
• Occasionally required to sit, climb, or balance.
• Must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently up to 50 pounds, occasionally up to 100 pounds.
• Have specific vision abilities (close vision, distance vision, ability to adjust focus).
