Shipper Warehouse Worker

We're seeking an entry level Shipper to join our small but dedicated warehouse team in Salt Lake City, Utah
. Your job is to make sure every shipment of our high-quality orthotic and prosthetic devices is accurate and on schedule. This ensures that clinicians can treat patients to perform physical activities and move freely day to day.

This role is temp to hire.

Pay rate is $18.50 hourly.

• Pull, verify, pack, and ship finished goods using ERP/MRP systems; prepare labels, bills of lading, and international/hazmat documents.
• Process shipments via small package carriers (Fed Ex, UPS) and freight carriers; schedule pick-ups and request shipping quotes.
• Perform cycle counts, inventory transfers, and physical inventories; maintain accurate records and resolve discrepancies.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment while maintaining a safe, clean work environment.
• Research and resolve shipping or inventory issues with limited supervision; ensure proper packaging to prevent damage.
• Demonstrate computer proficiency (ERP/MRP systems, Microsoft Office) and perform cross-trained receiving duties.

• High School Diploma or GED
• Basic computer Microsoft Office skills along with shipping, receiving and inventory software knowledge. ERP system like SAP preferred.
• Previous experience processing, scheduling and requesting quotes with carriers (Fed Ex and UPS) preferred.
• Warehouse environment experience
• Ability to stand and walk 6-8 hours a day
• Continuous lifting, reaching, pulling and ability to handle occasional 50 lbs. items
• Must be able to read small numbers and follow work instructions
• Experience using a pallet handler and upon hire, comfortable with becoming forklift certified
