Temp Warehouse Worker 1 – Swing Shift M–F 3:00 PM–11:30 PM

Position Summary:
The Temp Warehouse Worker 1 supports the Replenishment department by performing daily receiving, warehousing, product replenishment, audit, inventory, and documentation. This is a temporary, full‑time role with a fixed term (concluding either on the specified end date or earlier if needed).

Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM–12:30 AM - Overtime as business needs dictate; workers will be informed ahead of time.
- Base pay: $18.00 per hour
- Shift differential:
Additional $1.00 per hour for the swing shift.
- 90% material handling and warehousing duties:
- Receive, store, and inventory materials/commodities using postal manifest and meter equipment.
- Load and unload trucks, review shipping documents, verify quantities, inspect for damage, and determine country of origin and language code for international materials.
- 10% additional duties:
- Assist in maintaining equipment, building, grounds, and record‑keeping as assigned.
- Load 40‑foot trailers for shipment or prepare pallets for worldwide shipping, balancing load to meet weight, space, and distribution requirements.
- High School diploma or equivalent with basic math and computer skills.
- Preferred: prior warehousing, material handling, or related work experience.
- Experience operating motorized material handling equipment, especially forklifts.
- Valid operator’s license for required equipment and onsite training and certification.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Proficient in reading and understanding English.
- Physical capacity: lift/move/push/pull items up to 50 lbs alone or up to 100 lbs with two people; climb ladders, stairs, scaffolding, and ramps; operate a pallet jack (up to 2,500 lbs).
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Must be Temple Recommend Worthy or possess a current Temple Recommend.
