As a Warehouse Picker
, you’ll use technology and teamwork to help ensure our neighbors receive the right products on time—every time. You’ll pick, stage, and prepare orders that keep the wheels of adventure turning.

  Use tablets and scanners to retrieve orders and accurately pick items from shelves.

• Move with Confidence: Get trained and certified to operate powered stock chasers and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.

• Stay Organized: Keep your work area clean, organized, and ready for the next order.

• Ensure Accuracy: Double‑check your picks and handle products with care to make sure neighbors receive exactly what they ordered.

• Support Your Team: Work together to keep the warehouse running smoothly, on schedule, and ready to deliver.

• Willingness to be trained and certified to operate powered equipment

• Comfortable using tablets, RF scanners, and related technology

• Able to safely lift up to 50 lbs. and stay active on your feet throughout your shift

• Strong attention to detail with solid math and counting skills

• A reliable teammate who communicates well and brings a positive attitude every day
