This role involves front-line customer interaction through phone and counter reception services. You will manage program information, process payments, and maintain accurate data input using recreation software. Your clerical skills will be essential for efficient filing and assisting with administrative tasks as required.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide counter and phone reception services to the public
• Direct customer enquiries and deliver program information
• Process admissions, registrations, and bookings accurately
• Maintain cash floats and secure payments in the safe
• Keep the reception area organized and tidy at all times
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in a related field
• Minimum of 1 year relevant experience
• Strong MS Office skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Standard First Aid and CPR-C certification required
