Client Engagement Associate Banking

Serve CIBC clients onsite in Salt Spring Island-Ganges using financial products knowledge and digital banking guidance. Support everyday banking with empathy.

As a Client Engagement Associate on the Personal and Business Banking Team, you will support clients in a banking centre. Answer questions, assist transactions, explain banking products and services, and connect clients with appropriate CIBC team members. You will contribute to client relationships and banking centre success.

• Help clients manage accounts and banking products
• Answer questions and assist with everyday transactions
• Complete sales of basic banking products
• Introduce clients to mobile banking applications
• Identify specialist referral opportunities for client goals
