Registered Home Manager

Location:

St Anne's, Saltash, Cornwall

Contract:

37.5 hours | Permanent
Salary: £46,500 per annum

You’ll be responsible for:

* Lead the delivery of outstanding, person centred care, ensuring every resident is treated with dignity, respect and individuality.

* Provide visible, compassionate leadership that inspires trust and accountability.

* Ensure St Anne's continues to meet the highest standards of compliance and best practice, maintaining its Outstanding CQC rating.

* Take ownership of the home’s occupancy, budget and overall performance.

* Maintain and enhance St Anne's excellent reputation within the local community, ensuring it remains a home of choice in Saltash.

* Oversee audits, quality assurance and governance to maintain a safe, well led service.

* Recruit, support and inspire a talented team who share your commitment to outstanding care.

* Collaborate with senior leaders and regional teams to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Who we're looking for:

* An experienced Registered Manager with a track record of achieving Good or Outstanding CQC outcomes.

* A genuine commitment to outstanding care and improving the lives of older people.

* Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, safeguarding, Mental Capacity Act and wider regulatory requirements.

* The ability to inspire, motivate and develop high-performing teams.

* A proactive approach to quality improvement, problem solving and delivering positive outcomes.

* Excellent communication and relationship building skills, with the confidence to collaborate with residents, families, professionals, and colleagues.

* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards it).
